About us

We are an independent firm of Chartered Rural Surveyors established in 2002 although with experience in the area since 1983.

The firm is headed by Julian Stratford MRAC FRICS FAAV who was previously the head of the Agricultural & Property Management Department of Geering & Colyer in Ashford, Kent.

Our services are based on a more traditional Chartered Surveyors & Land Agency  practice and are focused on the South Eastern area of England.

We pride ourselves in the fact that we offer a personal service to our clients and specialise in agricultural/rural management & professional matters, some of which are more clearly detailed via the links above.

We also offer a comprehensive residential Lettings & Management service specialising, although not exclusively, in rural properties.
